Restarting of Franchise

Unfortunately, I have come to the realization that I must abandon my Rockies franchise, jumping blind into the OSFM roster and running a franchise without CPU roster control on, I could not add the necessary players to the 40 man.

My next franchise will be run as the Kansas City Royals, but it won't start for a while until I fix existing roster issues before starting the Franchise.
